Biography:  Fred Baker works for Advanced Computer Communications as a
Software Systems Architect; ACC builds and periodically sells low-end to
midrange bridge/routers.  He has written various RFCs and chaired
working groups in the Network Management, Internet, and Routing Areas of
the IETF. Most recently, he has contributed by chairing the PPPEXT
Working Group and the IESG/IAB Nominating Committee.


This was a presentation of the new IESG and IAB members.  These were
chosen by the IESG/IAB Nominating Committee in accordance with the
POISED process, and subsequently ratified by the IAB members and the
ISOC Board of Trustees respectively.
