I have uploaded 3 files related to Meteor Scatter in Packet Radio.

MS_ART1 is the first article I published. It explains the main aspects of
the mode, the required hardware and includes GIF pictures for PSK modem
and some modifications.

MS_ART2 is a report on the practical activity with the mode and includes
suggestions obtained from experience. An old version of this article was
published on QEX. An updated version is published on "Packet: Speed, more
speed" by ARRL.

MS_EXE includes the actual software and the old versions of MS.EXE.
