DESCRIPTION
  This is a "Software TNC" for RTTY, Amtor and Pactor. It uses the Texas
  Instruments DSP Starters Kit with the TMS320C26 processor (important!)
  as modem. It has an audio spectrum display for tuning.
  It is free for use by licensed radio amateurs.
