The file psiupd2h.zip contains source files that update JNOS 1.10H
to add the WB2PSI modifications, including convers enhancements.

Get jnos110h.zip and psiupd2h.zip.  Unzip jnos first, then psiupd2h.
Edit the config.h file to suit your needs, edit makefile to suit your
configuration, and make it.
