This is version 0.05 of the RSPF daemon for Linux, by Craig Small VK2XLZ

With this program, you can make your Linux box, with the AX.25 code, act 
like a router using the RSPF v2.2 protocol (NOS uses v2.1)

I suppose you'll find this in /hamradio/packet/tcpip/linux

This one has some significant bug fixes over 0.04
