I uploaded usat once before.  I did not see it in the archives.  Perhaps it is because I did not leave a description.
usat.arc is a basic language satellite tracking program.  IT was placed into the public domain and it was modified by me.  It has an unlimited number of satellites, limited only by the amount of basic memory.  It will accept NASA/NORAD files as input, thus saving time typing in element  sets.  Being a BASIC program the source code is included.  It could also be used for custom automatic tracking of satellites.
