Steve to place in public archives. 3. The IESG approved publication of Reuse of CMS Content Encryption Keys as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 4. The IESG approved publication of Versioning Extensions to WebDAV as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG tentatively approved publication of MPLS Support of Differentiated Services as a Proposed Standard, pending a review and favorable comments from IANA. Once received, Steve to send announcement, noting that the references to the old ECN RFC should be updated to refer to RFC 3168. 6. The IESG approved publication of An Expedited Forwarding PHB as a Proposed Standard, but the announcement should include an RFC Editor note that reference [3] is not 2119 as text indicates. In the same action, the IESG approved publication of the following two Internet-Drafts as Informational RFCs: o Supplemental Information for the New Definition of the EF PHB o A Delay Bound alternative revision of RFC2598 Steve to send announcement 7. The IESG approved creation of IP Flow Information Export (ipfix) as Working Group. Steve to set up and announce. 8. The IESG reviwed and accepted the proposed IESG note to be published with the set of RSIP documents. Steve to send to RFC Editor. 9. The IESG RETURNED Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) Routing to the working group with questions about the Security Considerations section of the document. 10. The IESG returned SPIRITS Protocol Requirements to the working group, requesting updates to the Abstract and Security Considerations section. 11. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The H-Density ratio for address assignment efficiency: An update on the H ratio as an Informational RFC. Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 12. The IESG had no problem with the publication of MAPOS/PPP Tunneling mode as an Informational RFC, but the following text must be added: This memo documents a way of tunneling PPP over Sonet over MAPOS networks. This document is NOT the product of an IETF working group nor is it a standards track document. It has not necessarily benefited from the widespread and in depth community review that standards track documents receive. Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 13. Harald's Guidelines for the use of formal languages in IETF specifications was discussed. Patrik to use as a basis for the response to be sent to the author of The VCDIFF Generic Differencing and Compression Data Format Harald will make one final editing pass.
