MINUTES ------- 1. The minutes of the October 31, 2002 Teleconference were approved, pending revisions. Thomas Narten to submit change in wording to item number 14. Secretariat to post on directory for IANA. Secretariat to incorporate changes, and place revised minutes in public archives. 2. Protocol Actions APPROVED: The IESG approved publication of 'Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) Transport Profile' as a Proposed Standard. Secretariat to send announcement. The IESG approved publication of 'Mobile IP NAT/NAPT Traversal using UDP Tunnelling' as a Proposed Standard. Secretariat to send announcement. The IESG approved publication of 'NFS version 4 Protocol' as a Proposed Standard. Secretariat to send announcement. The IESG approved publication of 'PPP Bridging Control Protocol (BCP)' as a Proposed Standard. Secretariat to send announcement. 5. Secretariat can then send announcement. 11. Allison Mankin raised the issue of whether her affiliation with Lucent and her being a liaison to the NomCom might raise some concerns. No one in the IESG had a problem with this issue. 12. NEW Action Items: o Secretariat to add to the Action Items list any/all action items that are not done. o Harald will email Michelle Cotton about which documents he made reference to concerning the IANA assignments process. o Secretariat will send an announcement from the IESG about the copyright statement in MIB Modules, adding the word "PIB", and putting this on the statements page. o IESG will decide on Sunday, November 17 at IETF in Atlanta who will hold the token for the management issue of a formal appeal against an IESG decision. o IESG will decide by Thursday, November 21 on which date to hold the telechat for the week of November 27, 2002.
