Greetings again. draft-ietf-ccamp-gmpls-ted-mib is a bog-standard MIB for the traffic engineering database for political swamp known as MPLS-TE/GMPLS. Its Security Considerations section is just fine, covering the objects with a MAX-ACCESS clause whose value is not "not-accessible", as well as write-access clauses. That section finishes with the normal "don't use bad versions of SNMP" boilerplate.
