Added "logging to disk".  Now when a user updates their status, a log file is updated with the relevant information.  Also added the ability to log to a .CSV file.

The users in the "Administer Users" screen are now sorted. 

Doubled the speed of the flashing message icon in the system tray.

Updated website URL.

New messages are now automatically checked for at startup. 

Adjusted the "Update display" increment from 1 to 10 seconds.

Fixed "Tray Icon Error".
