Following installation to reat to read the online help files 
start the TFTP application and then press the 'F1' key.

We recommend you uninstall all previous versions of the
software before installing this software.

Installation

Unpack the distributuion archive and run the setup program
which will install the TFTP Server, TFTP Client and online
help files.
