System Requirements: 

 	A Sound Card. 
 	Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11, or Windows 95. 
 	4MB of RAM, 2MB of Free Disk Space.


Note: Voice E-Mail (.VEM) files contain both digital audio and images in 
super-compressed form. In fact, both the digital audio and the image portions of a 
message are compressed separately using different compression technologies (the 
first specifically optimized for digital audio; the second specifically optimized 
for images, graphics, and pictures). The freely distributable Voice E-Mail Player 
can open, uncompress, and play back any Voice E-Mail created using Voice E-Mail 3.0 
for WinCIM, Voice E-Mail 3.0 for America Online, Voice E-Mail 3.0 for Microsoft 
Mail, Voice E-Mail 3.0 for Eudora or Voice E-Mail 3.0 for Netscape.

License Agreement 

You may make unlimited copies of the freely distributable version of the Voice 
E-Mail Player and give copies to other persons or entities as long as the copies 
contain this Agreement and the same copyright and other proprietary notices that 
appear on or in the Software. The license agreement, copyright notices, and other 
notices are contained in the installation program so as long as you do not alter 
the installation program (VEMPLAY.EXE) in any way you will be in compliance.

Governing Law 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall 
inure to the benefit of BONZI Software and any successors, administrators, heirs 
and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other 
arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or 
FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in San Luis Obispo County, 
California. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
