OVERVIEW
--------
This DLL is compliant with Version 1.1 of the Windows Sockets API
Specification.

This update is available for testing purposes, and is supported by
FTP Software. It is currently included in version 3.0 of PC/TCP.

It will run over PC/TCP 2.11 or higher. 

This DLL was designed specifically for use with PC/TCP from FTP
Software, Inc. It will not run over other vendors' protocol stacks.

To enable winsock debugging messages to be printed to Microsoft's 
DBWin utility that is supplied with Microsoft compilers, please 
add the following to the pctcp.ini file:

[pctcp winsock]
debug-mode=1
