This package contains an evaluation version of SLIP db, a Internet cost
accounting system for use with MS Windows Winsock TCP/IP software over a
dial-up phone line.

Installation instructions:

1. Uncompress the file SLIPDB10.ZIP to a temporary directory on your
   hard drive or to a floppy disk.

2. Start Windows File Manager then double-click on the file SETUP.EXE
