For those waiting for the precompiled Linux binary:

It is here, along with the resource file, READMEs, and document in the
appropriate tar.gz file.

The one remaining bug in the command-key equivalence code has been fixed in
the newest level 04 patch.  Please report any other problems you have with
this version, and watch for newer versions.
