PDBview v1.0 is an X/Motif rendering tool for use with PDB data files. 

The tool was designed to provide a quick and unsophisticated view of the
structure. It is built using PDBlib, a C++ class library being used to
model protein structure. Binary versions are available for any hardware
to which we have access and which has a C++ compiler available. 

If you do not see a version here for your hardware type, but have a C++
compiler let us know.

PDBview.l         man page for inclusion in a local man page library
PDBview_alpha     Version for DEC alpha hardware running DEC OSF v1.2
                  or above
PDBview_sgi       Version for Silicon Graphics hardware (no use of GL)
                  running Irix 4.0.1 or above
PDBview_convex    Version for Convex hardware running Convex O/S v9.1
                  or above
PDBview_next      Version for Next computers

PDBview_sun	  Version for Sun computers. Compiled under SunOS 4.1.2.
