I'm working with BC++ 3.1 and I'm trying to define a new window based
on the TWindow class. As far as I can tell, the reason it won't link
(it compiles fine) is because the system has lost the capitals in the
function name.

I have tried to force no caps, all caps, set the switches in the Options
menu, plus a few other crazy ideas, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone out there has an idea on this, I'd be willing to try it. I'm
also considering encoding it, and posting it here.
