	You might consider switching to BC++3.1.  The IDE (and all of
	the utilities except the debugger run as Windows apps).

	and ask about a competitive upgrade.  I'm sure they will give
	you a substantial discount to 'upgrade' to their product.

	No, I don't work for Borland, but I think their products are
	first-class.
