I find that StretchBlt is not mighty. It can only stretch bitmap to
a certain scale ( usually a multiple area of the bitmap), and I just know
that the smaller the bitmap is, the larger the scale can be. For example,a
1-pixel bitmap can stretch up to 64000 folds! But after my experiment, there'
s no rule existed for the stretch limit, but only a observation: a bigger
bitmap can always get a bigger extreme stretch area than a smaller one, but
the smaller one always has the higher stretch scale. Any ideas ? I am
suffered in this problem ..... :`(
