Connect to the Borland BBS at 1-408-439-9096 (N18, <=9600 baud) and download
tdwvga.zip.  Packed into that file you will find svga.dll.  Use that with all
the tdw.ini settings listed in the accompanying readme (or whatever) file.

BTW, don't bother to search for the .zip file. Just type the name in directly
when you download.
