There is a sample program called Winstall that I found on the cica
mirror (wuarchive.wustl.edu, cd mirrors, cd win3/util, get winstall.zip)
that gives a nice template for writing an install program. Has
Microsoft updated this sample to use the new install routines that
are documented in the 3.1 SDK? Even better, has Borland converted
a 3.1 sample to make use of the features they provide in their
compiler?
