CMCSPC.RTF.ZIP	Contain an RTF version (uses RTF from WinWord 6)
CMCSPC.PS.ZIP	Contain a Postscript version
CMCSPC.WORD.ZIP	Contain a Word for Windows 2.0 version

The specification is about 90 pages.
