One thing to note is that it requires an msql.ini file that isn't included in the zip file. After having a hunt around the sources I tracked down the bits you need to define. Something like the following [Server] IP=your.server.host.name Port=1112 Username=YourUsername This has to be contained in msql.ini in your windows directory.
