WinPack Deluxe v0.95 BETA... 

WinPack Deluxe: WinPack Deluxe is the 16-bit Windows 3.1 version of WinPack. 
WinPack Deluxe supports ZIP, GZIP, UUENCODE, BINHEX 4.0, ARJ and TAR. WinPack 
Deluxe is currently in release .95 and will be upgraded shortly. We are hoping to 
release a new version before Febuary. Features include, ability to view any file 
type within an archive, archive conversion, built-in self-extractor, and more...
