Animagic GIF v0.91 - 

An easy to use GIF animagion tool. It reads individual 
frames and adjusts the colors to use a common palette. 
Frames can be copied/pasted from the clipboard.
The user can control the speed of animation, 
set transparent color, add comments and more. 
The software calculates dirty rectangles, resulting in 
smaller output GIF files.
