This is the patch for version 1.40d of SlipKnot.

It is ONLY meant for users of 1.40c (prior versions should be upgraded
to 1.40c before applying this patch).

Changes:

1. Several changes to Upload file transfer (in particular, Zmodem
   uploads -- more than one -- to Netcom should now work)
   
2. VT100 emulation fix to all certain versions of Pine to succeed.

3. When sending the second email message from within Terminal, the
   address, subject and message body are no longer duplicated from the
   previous message.

Installation:

1. Unzip this file into a temporary subdirectory, making sure that
   there are NO unzipping errors.

2. Copy the files into your SlipKnot home directory, overwriting some
   files there.
