This program was written to allow me to organize my HTML files
and URL information quickly and easily.  I had spent too many
weekends putting together HTML pages by hand!

Hopefully, you'll find some use for it, too, despite the apparent
lack of help files or documentation.  :)

What it does is reads HTML documents, ordinary text files, or
ASCII files formatted as:
"location","description","site info"

...and allows standard database access so you can add/change/delete,
then export a new HTML document with all your URL sites indexed.

The source code has been included.  Please send me any changes you think
others might find of use.
