Welcome to fpArchie version 0.9 beta 1.

fpArchie is an Archie® client for Windows 95™ and Windows NT™ 3.51 or
higher. It is made for fpWare by Peter Tanis and Frank Fesevur.

To install fpArchie, use the following procedure:

Open the 'fpar09b1.zip' file with WinZip and run Setup, or:
- Unzip it into a temporary folder with PKUNZIP 2.04g.
- Run SETUP.EXE and follow its instructions.
- Remove the files from the temporary folder.

If you are currently using a previous release of fpArchie please
install in the same directory. It is not necessary to un-install the
previous version.

In the directory where fpArchie is installed, a fpArchie.doc will be
available with better documentation.
