Rave 2 adds telephone ability to the ICQ program, now you can talk instead of type !

Rave 2 works over slow network connections and is very simple to use, just click on an ICQ contact name and Dial.

Not only does Rave 2 provide normal telephone conversations, it also permits secure encrypted conversations to ensure your privacy, without any need for special hardware.
