Added the ability to send and receive messages to other iCU users.  You can now send an iCU user a message by simply "double clicking" or a right click and choosing "send message" on their name.  A .WAV file can also be played on arrival of a new message.

Fixed intermitent problem with "Confirm status on exit", sometimes you were still asked to "confirm status on exit" even when you hadn't chosen to.

Fixed problem in the UNREGISTERED version where if the maximum number of users were already using iCU and a 4th tried to enter, iCU would prevent ALL users from logging in, not just the 4th.

Fixed "pop up" menu, if you right clicked on iCU in the System Tray, it would prevent you from accessing the "pop up" menu on the main list of users.
