Emurl extends all the functionality of email over the World Wide Web. With emurl installed on your web server, all you need for email is a web browser. Features: Using an unmodified web browser (no applets need to be downloaded!), users access an email URL - an emurl. They are prompted for user name and password, and then they can: Read email Write email Reply to email Forward email Store email in folders they create 

All email is stored on the emurl server. None goes to the client. This means emurl is perfect for supporting users: On the road At Web kiosks in airports, cafes, etc. In other people's offices Using handheld PCs with limited storage In a computer lab at a school, where individuals do not have their own PCs Using Web TV Emurl can be configured to accept mail from up to 20 POP3 mail servers. This means users can employ emurl to consolidate all their mail from various mail accounts into one in-box. Emurl handles attachments in the standard formats, including MIME. (Basically it's like a mini HotMail system).
