Installation

WinRoute is installed by running installation  program.  After
you start it you will be prompted to enter the directory where
you  want  the  WinRoute  to  install  to.

License

The License Conditions for WinRoute Software
/hereafter just "the software"/

The  demo  version  of the  software  may be used 30 days after the
installation  for  evaluation   purpose.  The  demo  version of the 
software  is  freely available  for being  copied  and given to the
third persons or firms. 

Paying  the  license  charge /=the registration/ creates a claim to
get  an  activation  key.   The   registered   software  /with  the
registration key/  may  be used on maximally one computer. The user
undertakes  not  to provide the activation  key to other persons or
firms. The  user also  undertakes to  safeguard  the activation key 
against  the  unauthorized use.  The producer  or  distributor  are
allowed  to  check the  legality of the software  use  by technical
means. In case of detecting a multiple use of the activation key it
is possible to require  an indemnification  for  the damage  and to
foil the use of the  activation key without any compensation.

The user is  not allowed  to  decompile  or  change  the  software,
include  it or  its parts into another  software and distribute any
products created this way. The producer  claims the right for small
differences  of the  software  from  the  description in the user's
guide. The  buyer  declares  that he had an opportunity to acquaint
himself  with the features of the software through the time-limited 
version  and  therefore he  buys the software  without reservations
"as it is".  Nor  the producer and  the  distributor  guarantee the
suitability of the software for a concrete use.  Nor  the  producer
and the distributor are responsible for any  damage caused by using
the   software. In  case  the  producer  or  the  distributor  were
condemned  by  a competent  judgement to  indemnification  for  the
damage,the amount of it must not exceed the price paid by the buyer.

The user, resp.  the  buyer indicates his unreserved agreement with 
these  license  conditions  by  installing,  buying  or  using  the
software. If  the  buyer  does not  agree with the conditions he is
required to  stop using  the  software  immediately and destroy all
copies of the software.

support and favourable upgrades to further versions of the  software
is  conditioned on  filling-in  the details  of the end user via the
