OrbitIRC v2.10 beta 3  

This release of OrbitIRC is beta software. All precautions have been made to make  
this as bug-free as possible. This release has extensive favorite channel and server  
list improvements, and it will import those settings from the orbit.ini and modify  
it to the new format. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP YOUR ORBSRVS.TXT AND 
ORBIT.INI BEFORE RUNNING THIS BETA. I havn't had any problems with it yet, but you never know

1) Toolbar buttons don't show up properly on some machines
..fixed, if they still don't, get this microsoft patch(fixes some nastly microsoft bugs) here.

2) Server list icons sometimes don't show up either.

3) need a custom caption on the titlebar
...fixed.  It's called itwasthecat in the .ini file. Put some text there.

4) Need the private or dcc nick shown at the top of the chat like with the topic

5) on some machines, the 90 day eval is up immediately on install!
..fixed. Time code now in .ini...no registry stuff anymore!

6) Permanent Ignores would only save the first ignore.
..fixed.

7) Need IRCCOP stuff
..renamed 'IRC-COP' to 'IRC-Operator' in the /whois response

8) Put the Message of the Day (MOTD) on the left sidebar
