To install PingIt 95, run Setup.exe from Windows 95.

PingIt 95 Version 1.0 for Windows 95 is a visual IP address 
monitor. PingIt works on any Windows 95 system with a WSOCK32
internet connection. PingIt 95 allows you to visually monitor 
any IP address by pinging that address at regular intervals. 
The interval can be set as any number from 10 to 3600(Seconds). 
PingIt 95 will give a visual indication of the status of the 
connection. If the ping was successful, PingIt 95 will display 
a smiley face. If the ping was not successful, PingIt 95 will 
display a sad face. While PingIt 95 is checking, it displays a 
straight face. The PingIt 95 application is small and unobtrusive
and can be placed in any corner of your desktop. To Configure
or Exit PingIt 95, right click on the application to open the
popup menu.
