WSockTest v1.0 :
is a network tool compatible with Windows Socket version 1.1-2.2. 
This is the Windows95 version (32bits). The 16 bits version is available on request. 

Some functions like ping and trace not supported by Winsock 1.1, are implemented with the use of MS ICMP.DLL in option. 
Version 2.x of the Windows socket support RAW-SOCKET and this program use it.
