1.  What is NewsGrabber?

	NewsGrabber is a program designed to collect files attached to USENET news articles.  
	It will automatically handle single or multipart articles.  It has support for
	uuencoded or MIME/base64 attached objects. The user can set complex citerias and 
	filters to reduce the amount of unwanted objects (spam).  Downloads can be
	automatically prioritised based on criteria.  NewsGrabber can interact with Dial Up
	netwroking to dial up and hang up your internet connection as required.  It can 
	be run in a completely unattended mode to allow articles to be processed overnight
	when the load is less.  NewsGrabber now includes an incorporated image and text browser
	which can be used both to view downloaded images, but to easily add filter criteria
	to exclude spammers.  NewsGrabber keeps a log of all downloaded objects or articles.

2.  Features.

	NewsGrabber has the following features -

3.  What's new in 2.1?

	Rewritten image processing code > 500% improvement, especially on 16bit displays.
	Added Move, rename, delete to browser.
	Made browser automatically updated.
	Automatically removes articles that have expired. Includes Multipart artcicles.
	Improved decode performance.
	Added auto file rename if file exists.  Rename style is selectable.
	Allowed browser as fully separate window.
	Fixed handling of Grabber in Auto mode.
	Changed name to NewsGrabber.
	Fixed many bugs that cause GPF.
	Browse button on Save path
	Can enable/disable group from main window.
	Store datafiles in user defined area.
	Added article id column to article list.
	Allowed for window of file size when checking for name/size matches.
	Thumbnails only used when they are being shown.
	Improved performance of article retrieve on multi threads.
	Can collect and save article headers with the attachments.
	Fixed multipart attachment problem giving corrupt files.
	Expanded criteria windows, to allow sorting and viewing of more criteria.
	Fixed invalid buffer message on dial-up.
	Fixed tooltips under NT.
	Added hold SHIFT on start to not load previous file.
	Fixed loop in forced shutdown dialog.
	Can't add origin filters if server doesn't support XHDR
	Changed main window to higher priority to stop Grabber hanging.
