This file fixes two reported bugs:

1)  Cannot shutdown windows without exiting NetClock

INSTALLATION:

To install NetClock, simply double-click on the exe and
follow the directions!

Read through the help file for specifics, but the menu
system is very simple and logical.  Not much help should
be needed.
