This zipped package contains version 2.1 of
the 1-4-All HTML editor for Windows (32-bit).
 
To install the program unzip the archive file
14a21.zip and run Setup.exe.
 
Please make sure that all previous versions  of this
software are uninstalled before installing this
version! To keep your settings when updating to a new
version, use the Windows uninstall feature and install
the new version in the same directory.
