In the review I completed yesterday I incorrectly stated that the "Specification Required" IANA registry policy did not require expert review. That's a mistake on my part - I confused "Specification Required" with "RFC Required". The draft is correct as written, and I've updated my review to state that I believe the draft is "Ready".
