README for annotation files

The files in this directory are provided to provide a common path to
the latest genome feature annotation and variation files available for
the human GRCh37 and GRCh38 assemblies. The files provided are symlinks
to files located elsewhere on NCBI's FTP site, as indicated in the
README.txt file in each directory. 

Due to limitations of the particular file specifications, the files 
themselves may not indicate the specific details of the genome assembly 
or annotation date or release. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to
download the corresponding README file and note the download date in
order to be able to match the file contents to a particular archived
dataset.
