NetTools is  a dynamic speed bar application that allows virtually any 
application currently installed on your PC to be launched from the bar. 
Whether you are an Internet newbie, a PC gamer, busy executive, or an 
Internet Service Provider, NetTools has uses specific to your 
needs.

NetTools works with Windows 3.1x and under Windows 95.  This product, 
was infact developed on the Win95 platform.  It was designed specifically 
as a 16 bit application in order to preserve backward compatibility with 
older Windows versions. Future versions will be released in 32 bit 
format, supporting full drag and drop. Some discussion has taken place 
about developing NetTools for the Mac.  We can program for the MacIntosh, 
but created this application primarily for the PC. (That's what we use, 
so hey...)  If there is enough demand, then we will certainly look at

New with Version 1.1
Applications may be added to version 1.1 of NetTools by using the "drag
and drop" method.  Simply take any icon from your windows desktop or 
File Manager/Explorer and drop it on the NetTools Bar.  A dialog box as 
noted below will appear.

Simply provide the name specified in the title box above, and thats 
all.  Easy wasn't it? Users may provide command line switches for 
applications in the dialog box as well.  Simply add the appropriate
command line specification in line two above.
