AMSD EasyTalk IRC server 1.0 beta
A server is a program that registers users of AMSD EasyTalk connected to it and 
forms a list of active users which is available to each of them.
With the help of a server you can call those users, whose IP-addresses are 
changing periodically. You can also use a server as a mini-ATS.
A server can be installed as an application or as a service (Windows NT). You need 
to assign a fixed address for the computer on which you want to install the server 
and specify this address in the EasyTalk options. After that EasyTalk is capable 
of interacting with your server.
