Winsock RCP32.DLL is a 32-bit DLL that
allows you to copy files to and from remote
hosts (Unix or a PC running Denicomp Systems'
Winsock RSHD) or between two remote hosts
over TCP/IP from within your program.  It can
do recursive copies and text file conversions
on the fly.  It functions like the TCP/IP
"rcp" command and works with most languages
that can call 32-bit DLL's.
