CFinger 1.3b includes these features: finger, echo, finger daemon, echo 
daemon, 
simple nslookup, whois.  It has a good, powerful user interface that includes
a popup list of frequently fingered sites.  It can also save to file, search
for a text string, finger at regular intervals, and alert you when a friend
logs in.
