You are among a select group of people on the Internet who have joined the Free World Dialup Experiment. Please note that although the software is being made available to you at no cost - it is a copyrighted piece of software developed by Izak Jenie of Jakarta, Indonesia. To register as a member of the FWD experiment, please send e-mail to: jeff@pulver.com, and include your name and location (city/Country). Please also let us know how you heard of the Free World Dialup Experiment. Please check ftp.pulver.com/pub/fwd for updates to the FWD Client software. The FWD Experiment has been extended until April 30, 1996. To install this program, you have to: 1. Copy the fwdclnt.zip to a new directory - (i.e. \fwd) 2. Unzip fwdclnt.zip (pkunzip fwdclnt) 3. Please read the LICENSE.TXT file at this time. If you do not agree with the terms of the agreement, please remove this software from your hard disk. By using the software you are agreeing to the terms of the license agreement. 4. Copy all the VBX and OBX to \windows\system 5. Add the fwdclnt as a new program item in Windows. Note: Do not replace any files on your system if you have are newer files than the ones contained in this distribution file. An evaluation copy of Internet Phone is available from the VocalTec web site - http://www.vocaltec.com. In the near future, additional Voice products will be supported. Note: It is up to the server owner to determine which voice product is used at their location. For optimial results a full duplex sound card is recommended. Izak has included two shareware libraries with the software - inicon.vbx and ipport.vbx. When these dialog boxes appear, press return (or single click your mouse) to advance to the next screen. It is not necessary to register the software libraries used in order to use the fwdclnt2.exe. Your participation in this global experiment is appreciated by the entire project team.
