Subject: Latency Free Empire client

   A beta release of a client optimized for high latency links, such
as trans-pacific or PPP links.  New commands may be typed, edited and
sent before the data returns from the first command.  Exec scripts
transfer at full speed, without handshake delays.  Logins happen as
quickly as possible as well.
